User Group Conference 2004



The 2004 Global User Group Conference was one of its best. The user community organized a 2-day event to share information among themselves and invited Global to present on several topics. In addition to learning more about the UNISON System, this conference provided users with an opportunity to meet and network with other users, as well as to spend time with knowledgeable Global Turnkey Systems staff members. Plenty of valuable information was disseminated over the 2 day session. Presentations by clients, presentations by Global, and roundtable sessions made the 2004 Conference a very successful event.		Presentations by Global's Al Alteslane and Karen Tiesling covered the new features and capabilities within the UNISON6 System, future enhancements for UNISON, and an update on the direction of GTS. In addition, it was stressed that Global is continually seeking client involvement concerning the UNISON System direction, future upgrades and enhancements. We are looking forward to our next meeting in the Spring of 2005.
